After the visit you will be given a firm quotation for your move which will have NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. It will be specifically designed to provide exactly the service you want. Once you have accepted the quotation, if required cardboard cartons and packing materials will be supplied in advance for personal packing. This may not be necessary, however, if you have selected the full packing service.
All Britannia Fleet staff have undergone thorough training and have years of accumulated experience to foresee any potential problems with house removals and solve them before they occur. Key personnel will remain in contact with you up to and during the move to deal with any queries and handle them efficiently.
The Britannia Fleet approach to house removals is dedicated to making every move a successful move. Britannia Fleet’s well-presented operatives will arrive punctually in their clean, modern vehicles. (If you have selected the full packing service, the packers will arrive prior to the move).
The first thing they will do is safeguard your home by applying all the necessary protective covers to carpets, floors, radiators, banisters and doors.
All your belongings will be suitably protected using the latest materials including suite covers, mattress covers and paper.
Your property will be loaded and secured correctly to give it maximum protection during transit.
On arrival at your new home, the same measure of protection is applied and all items are placed in their designated rooms as you require.
For further peace of mind, you may be interested to also know that Britannia Fleet are accredited with BS EN 12522.
