Ideal for larger properties, or homes with the kind of access that's easier shown than described - tight terraced streets, upper-floor apartments, or awkward parking. They'll answer questions and share moving-day tips while they're there.

Video Survey

Prefer to do it from your phone? On a live video call you walk us through your home while our surveyor notes everything and works out the volume - just as accurate as a visit for most moves, and usually bookable within days. Around 30–60 minutes, wherever you are.

Brilliant company to deal with. First contact was comprehensive survey of items to be moved. Quote was competitive with clearly listed options. Packing was over two days, boxes properly labelled and carefully packed. Unfortunately we can only remember Dave and Dillon as packers, but the other two were very good as well. The delivery, 200 miles away, was equally good. Carl and Dillon delivered all our possessions over two days. Never complaining despite many heavy items to be taken upstairs. We would recommend this removal company without hesitation. All of the men involved were polite, pleasant and efficient, which helped to take some of the stress and anxiety out of moving house.

Simple process, John came to see us for a quotation and we had the quote through from Jordan first thing the following day, which was fairly-priced for the service we required. Jordan also kept in touch to see how our move was progressing. The lads (Chris and Mal) on the day took care of our furniture and boxes in a quick and careful manner. Would highly recommend!

In person or on video, an experienced Fleet surveyor goes through your home with you, room by room, building a full picture of what’s moving and how best to handle it.

3. We assess your move

We note the volume of your belongings, anything needing special care, the access and parking at both ends – a key one in Liverpool – and any extras like packing, dismantling or storage.
