Ideal for larger properties, or homes with the kind of access that's easier shown than described - tight terraced streets, upper-floor apartments, or awkward parking. They'll answer questions and share moving-day tips while they're there.

Video Survey

Prefer to do it from your phone? On a live video call you walk us through your home while our surveyor notes everything and works out the volume - just as accurate as a visit for most moves, and usually bookable within days. Around 30–60 minutes, wherever you are.

In person or on video, an experienced Fleet surveyor goes through your home with you, room by room, building a full picture of what’s moving and how best to handle it.

3. We assess your move
